Refund policy

At Shiny Car Stuff, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. RETURNS You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. HOW TO RETURN Contact us at hello@glossarmour.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Return postage is covered by Shiny Car Stuff. REFUNDS Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. EXCHANGES If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. EXCEPTIONS We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened and partially used, unless the product is faulty.
